Terms and Conditions
The owner of the riine.ee online store (hereinafter the Online Store) is HPS OÜ, registry code 12911586, located at Vanakuu tn 5-14, Haabersti district, 13516 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia.
1. Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Pricing Information
These Terms and Conditions apply when purchasing goods and services from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices are in euros (EUR).
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods and services is provided directly next to the product or service in the Online Store.
The Online Store sells:
- physical products (e.g. card decks, books),
- digital products (e.g. gift cards, trainings),
- services.
2. Placing an Order
To order goods or services, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart.
To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method must be selected (for physical products). The total amount payable will then be displayed, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments
- Finnish bank payments
- Latvian bank payments
- Lithuanian bank payments
- Visa / Mastercard card payments
- Pay later and installment solutions (including Inbank hire purchase)
Note! When paying via bank link, you must click the button “Return to merchant” on the bank’s page.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – in the secure environment of the respective bank when paying via bank link and in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS for card payments. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.
The sales contract enters into force when the amount due has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
The Online Store owner is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
3. Delivery
Goods and services are offered in the following formats depending on the product type:
3.1. Physical products
(e.g. card decks, books, printed gift cards)
Goods are delivered to the following countries:
- Estonia
- Latvia
- Lithuania
- Finland
- Sweden
The buyer can choose the following delivery methods:
parcel locker (e.g. DPD – according to the options offered in the Online Store).
Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and the respective price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
Domestic shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2–5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
Delivery outside Estonia usually takes 5–10 calendar days .
In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Electronic gift cards and digital materials related to services (if offered) are sent to the buyer by email after payment has been received.
3.2. Services, Training Courses and Workshops
(e.g. coaching, mentoring, individual constellation sessions, workshops, training courses)
For services and events, no physical delivery takes place..
After the purchase, the buyer will receive by email:
- a purchase confirmation, and
- additional information regarding the time and location of the service or event (or a Zoom link).
The exact format of the service (on-site or online) is specified in the description of each service or event.
3.3. Digital Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are sent to the buyer by email after the payment has been received.
The gift card includes:
- information about the selected service, and
- the recipient’s name (according to the details provided by the buyer).
A digital gift card does not require separate delivery and is considered delivered at the moment it is sent to the buyer’s email address.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Terms
4.1. GENERAL RULE
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract 14 days,if permitted under these terms. The right of withdrawal applies regardless of whether the purchase was made via an online store.
The right of withdrawal applies only to a consumer (a natural person) who purchases goods or services for personal use. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
4.2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (card decks, books)
4.2.1. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days, from the date of receipt.
To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal notice (see section 4.5. Submission of the Withdrawal Notice) and return the goods in the same condition as they were received.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the goods are:
- incorrect,
- defective,
- or not in accordance with the order.
4.2.2. Refunds
The online store shall refund all payments received from the buyer (including the cost of the goods and standard delivery charges) but not the additional costs resulting from the buyer’s choice of a delivery method more expensive than, the standard delivery option offered.
The refund will be made without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
4.3. GIFT CARDS (electronic gift cards and printed gift cards)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards in the following cases:
- a digital gift carddelivered by email that is personalized (includes the type of service and the recipient’s name);
- a printed gift cardthat is produced according to the details provided by the buyer and includes a specific service and the recipient’s name.
As gift cards are personalized and cannot be resold or returned to circulation, their return or refund is not possible once the gift card has been issued or produced.
4.4. SERVICES AND EVENTS (workshops, training courses, coaching, etc.)
For services or events (including workshops and training sessions held on-site or via Zoom):
4.4.1. Cancellation Terms
4.4.1.1. Cancellation 3–7 days before the service or event
- If the buyer notifies of the cancellation at least 3 days before the start of the service or event, a full refund (100%) will be issued..
4.4.1.2. Cancellation less than 3 days but more than 24 hours before the service or event
- If the buyer cancels the service or event less than 3 days but more than 24 hours before the start time, 75% of the paid amount will be refunded..
4.4.1.3. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service or event or no-show
If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the service or event, or if the participant does not attend, no monetary refund will be issued. By mutual agreement, the paid amount may remain as a credit, which can be used toward future services or events.
4.4.2. Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer
If a service or event is cancelled or postponed at the initiative of the organizer, the buyer has the right to choose:
- to participate on a new date,
- to use the paid amount as a credit,
- or to receive a full refund of the paid amount.
4.5. SUBMISSION OF A WITHDRAWAL NOTICE
To withdraw from the purchase, a withdrawal statement must be submitted (in writing). Please send the statement to: info@riine.ee
4.6. REFUND PROCEDURE
The online store will issue the refund using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless the buyer has expressly agreed to a different refund method.
5. Right to Submit a Complaint
The Online Store is liable for non-conformity or defects of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods.
Within the first 12 months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut this presumption.
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an email to: riine.aidberg@gmail.com
The Online Store is not liable for defects that have occurred after the goods were delivered to the buyer.
If the goods have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, all payments related to the sales contract will be refunded to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing within 15 days.
6. Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the buyer’s personal data to process orders and deliver goods. If necessary, data will be transferred to the service provider responsible for delivery.
Newsletters and offers are sent only if the buyer has given consent.
The buyer may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the relevant link in the email or by informing the Online Store by email.
7. Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the online store, they must be sent to: info@riine.ee
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of procedure can be reviewed and an application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the Committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
